Effiom dedicates award to parents

Engr. Dr. Samuel Oliver Effiom has dedicated his award: "Young Professional/Achiever" conferred on him by Global Achievers Online Magazine in the 2019 round of award ceremony, to his parents, Sir. Dr. & Lady Oliver Effiom.

Dr. Samuel Oliver Effiom who emerged as the youngest Ph.D holder in the field of Engineering in Cross River State at a young age of 28, paid glowing tributes to his parents who sacrificed all they had in order to ensure his success and guarantee a bright future for him. According to him, his mother's encouragement went very far and prayed God reward his parents for their labour of love.

In a brief speech shortly after being conferred with the award, Engr. Samuel pledged to use his knowledge and skills in the field of engineering to better the course of humanity.

The young achiever thanked the editorial crew, management and staff of Global Achievers Online Magazine for finding him deserving of the honour.

Samuel's citation was described by the team of assessors before the award as being: "intimidating" for his young age.
