Africa Reverberates For Adesina

The high and low personalities across different countries in the African continent have expressed delight over the reelection of Dr. Akinwumi Adesina as the President of African Development Bank (AFDB).

Since his reelection to serve a second term of five years as President of the African Development Bank, with 100% votes of all regional and non-regional members of the bank, a lot of people have expressed happiness and hope that he will do better than he did in his first term in office.

Adesina, who was a Minister of Agriculture in the later years of erstwhile Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan administration, had introduced a lot of unprecedented reforms while in office.

In his first tenure in office as President of the African Development Bank, Adesina executed a lot of projects across the continent.
