Nigeria's Federal Government has declared Monday 12th and Tuesday, 13th August as public holidays to mark this year's Eid-Al- Kabir celebrations.
Making the declaration on behalf of the Federal Government, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior, Barrister. Georgina Ekeoma Ehuriah, congratulated Muslim faithful on the occasion and called on Nigerians both at home and abroad, to use the period to embrace the virtues of love, humility, peace and sacrifice as exemplified by the Holy Prophet.
