Buhari suspends Onnoghen: Swears in new CJN

President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn in a new Chief Justice of Nigeria, Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed from Bauchi state.

This action of the President which is unprecedented in the Nations history calls for query if the President has  such powers to suspend the Chief Justice of the country.

Meanwhile, the new CJN was sworn in this afternoon inside  the Council chamber of the State House Presidential villa, Abuja.
