The Code of Conduct Tribunal has found the suspended Chief Justice of
Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen guilty, and bans him from occupying public
office for ten years.
According to the tribunal, all monies in
the five accounts listed in the charges are seized and forfeited to the
Federal government based on the fact that he failed to show the tribunal
how he acquired the monies.
