Nyesom Wike, Governor of Rivers state in Nigeria gives his
wife, a deep kiss after receiving his certificate of return from the
Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC).
Wike who is returning for a second term in office as the
Governor of the oil-rich state dedicated his victory at the polls to God
& to all those who died during the elections in the state.
